Job Summary

As a Part-Time Retail Customer Support Clerk, you will be the friendly face helping shoppers navigate products and process returns on the sales floor. Your work directly brightens our customers' daily shopping trips while easily fitting around your college classes or secondary commitments. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Patient and approachable problem solver that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail customer service.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Checkout Operations: Assist up to 40 shoppers per shift using POS register software to process payments, apply digital coupons, and issue accurate electronic receipts.
• Customer Inquiries: Answer 25 daily product questions in person using Zebra mobile inventory scanners to verify item availability, store locations, and restocking dates.
• Order Pickups & Returns: Process 15 online order pick-ups and item exchanges daily, keeping processing accuracy above 98 percent while resolving customer policy inquiries.
• Store Floor Maintenance: Restock 5 front-end merchandise displays each evening and maintain clear customer service desk records using our digital shift logging tablet.
