Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Part Time Retail Guest Service Associate to work alongside our morning and evening store crews. You will spend 15 to 25 hours per week greeting shoppers, processing transactions, and maintaining organized displays. You will serve as Part-time, delivering the signature Welcoming that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail customer service.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Checkout & POS Operations: Operate Square POS terminals to process 40 to 60 guest transactions per hour with high accuracy and zero cash drawer variances.
• Guest Assistance & Inquiries: Assist up to 75 retail guests daily by answering product questions, checking inventory in Zebra scanners, and facilitating instant product exchanges.
• Stock Restocking & Merchandising: Restock 50 plus shelf items per shift according to planograms and keep front register displays fully stocked and clean.
• Returns & Membership Sign-Ups: Process return receipts using store management software while enrolling at least 5 new guest loyalty members during every shift.

Requirements & Qualifications
