Job Summary

Grab a coffee and pull up our modern touchscreen tools as you help shoppers and keep our sales floor looking fantastic. You will work 15 to 25 hours per week using handheld scanners and POS terminals in a fun, active environment with shifts that easily flex around school or a second job. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Tech-Savvy Floor Helper that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail customer service.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Point of Sale Management: Operate modern touchscreen POS terminals to process 45 plus customer transactions hourly, applying digital discounts and handling cash or card payments accurately.
• Inventory Scanning & Audits: Utilize Zebra RFID handheld scanners to log 200 incoming inventory items per shift and update real-time stock levels in our database.
• Planogram & Merchandising Updates: Follow iPad-based planogram software to reset 15 display shelves weekly, ensuring accurate pricing labels using handheld wireless price-tagging guns.
• Customer Assistance & Service: Engage with 30 or more shoppers per hour using our tablet lookup app to locate items across 5 core store departments.
