Job Summary

You will keep our store documentation accurate by managing daily transaction logs, filing invoices, and updating inventory records on-site. You will serve as Part-Time On-Site, delivering the signature Meticulous organization with flexible scheduling that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail inventory documentation.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Daily File Audits: Audit up to 150 daily retail transaction receipts using Excel to ensure cash register balances match system totals accurately.
• Invoice Processing: Log 40 incoming vendor invoices every week into Square POS and route paper copies to physical files within 24 hours.
• Inventory Reconciliation: Reconcile weekly stock variances across 5 main retail departments by comparing physical cycle counts against QuickBooks Desktop records.
• Archive Management: Organize 12 months of back-office physical sales archives into labeled bins following our standard 5S filing system protocol.
