• Inventory Reconciliation: Reconcile daily stock receipts using Zebra inventory scanners to maintain 98% accuracy across 500 active SKU counts each shift.
• POS System Audit: Audit 4 POS registers daily, balancing cash drawers and generating register audit reports using Square for Retail software.
• Supply Ordering & Logistics: Process weekly store supply orders using SAP, managing a $3,000 monthly budget to prevent stockouts on essential store materials.
• Customer Service Desk Support: Handle 25 to 30 daily customer inquiries and merchandise returns, maintaining a customer satisfaction score above 92 percent.
