- Pick and Pack Orders: Pick 45 customer orders per shift using handheld Zebra RF scanners, maintaining a 99% accuracy rate across all retail items.
- Process Inbound Inventory: Unload and audit 150 incoming stock shipments weekly using RF inventory terminals to ensure accurate store inventory counts.
- Package Store Pickups: Stage 30 buy-online-pickup-in-store packages daily in dedicated holding bays, reducing customer pickup wait times to under 3 minutes.
- Update Order Statuses: Log order status changes into the Oracle Warehouse Management System within 5 minutes of packing to ensure real-time tracking updates.
